An unusual rental property is currently being offered in Bremen: the current tenant, Phil Porter, is looking for one with the heading “Your own amusement park on 167 square meters”. According to the advertisement, “elaborate scenery as well as light and sound effects”, a labyrinth, a hall of mirrors and an “elevator simulation including a crash” are offered. The Bremen artist and photographer Phil Porter built the “Salon Obscura’ in the style of a 1920s Parisian hotel and ran it as a maze and photo studio for several years.
