Samsung has three new tablets in the works, all of which belong to one series: the Galaxy Tab S8, S8+ and the flagship Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. All technical data has now been disclosed in a comprehensive leak. The three devices will not be officially presented until February 8, 2022. All three versions use the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 as the SoC. The dual main camera with 13 (wide angle) + 6 (ultra wide angle) megapixels is also identical. All three Galaxy Tab S8 also have optional 5G and a microSD card slot to expand the storage space. While the S8 Ultra and S8+ use AMOLED screens, the regular S8 only has an LC display. All tablets have a refresh rate of 120 Hz in common. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has a diagonal of 14.6 inches and a resolution of 2,960 x 1,848 pixels. There is also up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512 GB of storage space. A dual selfie cam with two 12 MP rests in a notch. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ (12.7 inches / 2800×1752 pixels) does without the notch, which means that the frame is a bit thicker. There is a single 12 MP selfie camera here. Incidentally, the latter also takes over the Galaxy Tab S8. All three new Galaxy Tabs feature Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and fingerprint scanners, as well as USB-C (3.2 Gen 1). As far as the batteries are concerned, there are 8,000 mAh (S8), 10,090 mAh (S8+) and 11,000 mAh (S8 Ultra) in the room. Ex works, Android 12 with the One UI 4.1 cover serves as the OS on the mobile end devices. All three Galaxy Tab S8 use speakers with support for Dolby Atmos. An S Pen is included. The prices of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, S8+ and S8 Ultra are currently unknown. According to speculation, the S8 could cost around 700 to 900 euros. It might be 900 to 1100 euros for the S8+. The S8 Ultra could cost 1,050 to 1,200 euros.
