Selling Sunset’s Nicole Young claims her apology to Chrishell Stause over homophobic Instagram comment was CUT from the season seven reunion: ‘It definitely DID happen!’

Selling Sunset’s Nicole Young has accused Netflix of editing out her apology to Chrishell Stause from the season seven reunion, insisting she said sorry in front of the entire cast for responding to a homophobic post online.

The luxury estate agent, 53, has been at loggerheads with the former actress, 42, since she joined the show in series six – but their feud reached fever pitch when Nicole replied to an Instagram user who referred to Chrishell as a ‘lesbian chick’.

The user said they were hoping Chrishell would be in Australia with nonbinary musician G Flip, 30, who she married this year, instead of starring on the latest season.

‘I was hoping that lesbian chick was off in Australia this season and not on our screens. Whatever her name is, I forgot,’ it read. ‘Nicole you look great.’

Responding to the post at the time, Nicole wrote back: ‘Thank you’.

Tan France, 40, addressed the comment during the Selling Sunset Reunion show, which prompted Nicole to plead her innocence.

‘There is zero credence to that, I will give zero credence to that,’ she said. ‘Everyone who knows me, knows that. It’s comical.’

Clarifying her response, she continued: ‘I don’t think being called that [homophobic] is comical, it’s a very dangerous and reckless thing to call someone.’

Chrishell admitted she ‘hates’ Nicole because she believes she ‘hates her’.

‘If you’re going to go to homophobic people and cheer them on because they hate me for that reason, that is hate, Nicole,’ she said.

Cast members were quick to weigh in on the situation before talk turned to other issues – with no apology from Nicole.

But the agent has insisted she did apologize, claiming that ‘for whatever reason’ it was left on the cutting room floor.

‘There’s something from the reunion that wasn’t shown in the final edit,’ she told fans just minutes after the show aired. ‘I don’t know why. I don’t understand. I have no explanation.

‘But, during the reunion taping I definitely did apologize to Chrishell. The whole cast was there, it was on camera.’

She continued: ‘For whatever reason they decided not to put it in the final edit. So you wont see that unfortunately this evening, but it definitely did happen.

‘I just wanted to point that out because I think it’s a pretty important piece to this whole puzzle moving forward.’

Chrishell is loved up with their partner G Flip, who they married in Las Vegas in May

In May, Chrishell tied the knot with her Australian partner after just one year together.

The actress-turned-realtor announced the news in a video reel of pictures she posted to Instagram, giving fans a glimpse at her stunning bridal gown and an insight into their big day.

Chrishell met G Flip when she starred in one of the singer’s music videos in October 2021, and they immediately hit it off. Seven months later they publicly announced they were together.

In a recent interview, G revealed that they have talked about starting a family together.

‘We have definitely talked about babies and see it in our future. But we have to plan it ahead,’ they said.

Elsewhere on the reunion show, Bre Tiesi was hooked up to a lie detector and asked: ‘Is Michael B. Jordan good in bed?’

After hesitating, the realtor – who has a son with Nick Cannon – finally answered: ‘I’m going to be in so much trouble. No.’

The audience and cast audibly gasped before Hollywood polygraph tester John Grogan shockingly confirmed that she was telling the truth.

Bre said: ‘I’m sorry babe. S***. I crushed a lot of girls’ dreams today.’
