CBD from Industrial hemp is still completely legal in the USA.

January 4th, 2017 - As a result of Section 7606 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 (“Farm Bill”) regarding industrial hemp, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in consult with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), recently published a notice in the Federal Register (August 12, 2016; 81 FR 53395) to create a new administration controlled substance code number for CBD Oil extract.

The new code number will allow DEA and DEA-registered entities to track quantities of CBD material separately from quantities of marihuana. This in turn, will aid in complying with relevant treaty provisions around the world

Cannabidiol OIL (CBD) is legal under federal law when they are derived from industrial hemp grown domestically by state licensed producers and grown in accordance with the farm bill section 7606 in the state of Colorado.

Section 763 of the Omnibus Appropriations act of 2016 has expressly forbidden any Federal funds from being used to “prohibit the transportation, processing, sale or use of industrial hemp that is grown or cultivated in accordance with section 7606 of the Agricultural Act of 2014, within or outside the State in which the industrial hemp is grown or cultivated.

The bottom line is that the DEA does not classified CBD oil from industrial Hemp illegal as long as you are in compliance with all federal statues set forth by congress. DEA is here to enforce laws, and that is why we are working closely with all federal agencies to ensure our products are legal and in compliance with state and federal governments in the USA.
